The link between Chef Pierre and ELOGIA goes back a long wayso long, actually, that he walked the ground of this place even before the residence existed! In fact, the ELOGIA residence is built on the site of the former restaurant where Pierre got his start in the industry! For someone superstitious like him, we’d bet that this coincidence has had a big impact. An adoptive resident of Mascouche, Pierre’s passion for cooking comes from his grandmother (his parents didn’t cook). He was barely five years old when he first stood in front of the stove. With so many years of experience behind him, you are certainly in for a treat! And if you have suggestions, don’t hesitate to talk to him. His most notable quality is listening, and he loves anything new. And since he’s a country music fan, you might even find him practising a line dance between courses! Or perhaps he’ll be working on his golf swing or planning his next reno, his two other passions. Cook, dancer, handymanyou might say our chef has it all!
